Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you have a design/idea that is not featured on my store, I would be more than happy to work with you to make custom frames or ornaments. Or if you are looking for a one of a kind piece we can work together to design what you are looking for. In addition, if you like any of my designs but would prefer a different size or a different color combination, please feel free to message me.
How long does it take to make one frame?

It depends on the size of the frame and the complexity of the design. Usually, small frames take 1-2 days and big frames take 5-6 days.
Do you accept returns?

Yes, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through email. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns/exchanges of custom designed products.
What size frames are available?

The frame size is shown in the description of products. However if you need a different size kindly email us at truptiscraft@gmail.com. Frames sizes are available in 5 by 7 inches, 6 by 6 inches, 8 by 8 inches, 8 by 10 inches, 9 by 9 inches, 12 by 12 inches, 6 by 14 inches, 9 by 20 inches, and 11 by 14 inches.
